Subject to the paragraph above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, RentCtrl and its operators shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or any document generated by it.

Subject to the paragraph above, our total aggregate liability in connection with your use of this site or any tool output is limited to £1.
